The CApIL® Certified Applied Innovation Leader Program is a comprehensive training course designed to equip professionals with advanced skills in innovation management. The program is aligned with ISO 56002/56004 standards and focuses on developing a unified framework for innovation management and governance within organizations.
This course is ideal for professionals such as project managers, program managers, portfolio managers, innovation managers, business developers, R&D teams, and management teams. It is especially designed for those seeking to prioritize, systematize, and integrate innovation management into their organizational strategies.
The course aims to introduce participants to the fundamentals of innovation management, establish a unified language and framework, and familiarize them with advanced practices and tools. It also provides practical recommendations for integrating innovation management within organizations, along with a comprehensive overview of strategic and tactical innovation management tools.
Participants who complete the program and meet the requirements, including homework and a 90% attendance rate, will receive a Certificate of Completion from Innovation 360 Group AB. This certification is lifelong and can be shared on professional platforms such as LinkedIn.
The course can accommodate up to 25 participants online and 50 participants in person. If there are more than 10 online participants or 14 in-person participants, two instructors are required. Typically, online groups consist of 3 to 4 people, and in-person groups of 3 to 5 people, to ensure effective learning and interaction.
The course is offered in two possible formats: a trilogy format, consisting of three modules each lasting two half-days, or an alternative 2+2 format, where the course is conducted in two separate two-day sessions. Both formats include a mix of lectures, interactive exercises, and real examples from the participants’ own organizations. The curriculum is available in multiple languages and can be delivered either in person or online, providing flexibility to accommodate different learning preferences.
Evaluation is carried out through practical activities, application of tools, projects, and objective tests. Final validation is done according to Innovation360’s standards.
