With more than 15 years of experience in corporate innovation in Europe, Dubai and Latin America, technological entrepreneurship and strategic consulting, he has advised and promoted both startups and large corporations.
It all started when he saw that there was still a lot to do in the corporate world and he returned to university to study Innovation.
He was Innovation and Strategy Leader in multiple business transformation projects, contributing to the implementation of IMS innovation systems in large companies and government agencies in Europe and Latin America.
He was Head of Innovation at INNO360 LAB leading the implementation of the ISO 56000 guide (2018), participating in international forums and collaborating with industry leaders to structure the innovation management standard within a group of companies.
He was Board Advisor of Manta Aircraft (VTOL), supporting the development of new technologies in hybrid propulsion and collaborating in the expansion of the company in Europe and the Middle East.
He writes his first book Commanding Innovation in Dubai and launches it in Austria.
A book designed as a playbook for CEOs, offering a structured approach on how to integrate innovation into the corporate DNA without the need to take a Master in Innovation. In it, he introduces concepts such as Innovation IQ and the importance of leadership in innovation management by diagnosing the capabilities to innovate and transform a company.
Recognized within the TOP 10 Innovation Management Black Belts. Recognized by the Swedish consultancy INNOVATION 360, standing out as one of the main consultants in the evaluation and implementation of strategic innovation frameworks IMS. Participating every year in the INNOVATION MANAGEMENT SUMMIT in an emblematic city of the world.
Also recognized as a member of the Government Blockchain Association (GBA) in the Brazilian chapter, Alan Zettelmann was invited as co-author of the book “Blockchain, Tokenization & metaverse the construction and Real State world”, published by the prestigious German publisher Haufe, where he contributes his experience in the practical application of tokenization in the real estate sector.
He was also a keynote speaker at the global launch of ISO 56001 at the International Innovation Forum in Lima, Peru, where he presented his vision and practice on the integration of innovation into corporate strategy under the title of “Innovation Management and AI for global leaders.”
As a professional speaker, he has spoken at more than 50 events globally, including the International Innovation Forum, the ISO 56001 launch event and multiple Innovation Circle’s worldwide.
